Higher Education
The New River Valley is home to three colleges and universities: Virginia Tech, Radford University, and New River Community College. That doesn't mean that the NRV is a typical "college town" but it does mean we have access to great sporting events, dual enrollment classes for high schoolers, festivals and concerts, and a diverse community that supports local causes and family.
