The Process Is Different
Unlike a typical building process, where a buyer initially purchases a homesite, Berry Ridge offers a turnkey approach to the new home construction. A buyer will meet with me (Bill Aden) to select a home site, reserve that homesite for 45 days, and then, during that time, work with Legacy Builders to design a customized home for the buyer's family. A small deposit is required to reserve the homesite which is fully refundable should the design process fail for any reason. Upon completion of the design, and determination of final costs, a purchase agreement will be executed for the homesite and customized home. Legacy Builders will immediately begin to build your dream home that will be walkable to Virginia Tech, First and Main Shopping, and next door to Margaret Beeks Elementary School. From the first imaginings of your dream home until the day you get the keys, you'll be attended to by professionals who know the trade.
The Homes Are Different
Legacy Builders will be working with each homeowner to make sure that your home is exactly what you want and is built to last. Expect thoughtful touches like custom hardwood cabinetry throughout, statement fireplaces, cozy offices with handcrafted shelving, and elevators and workout rooms if desired.
